This site will:

allow you to prepare a deck of tweets in advance of your presentation.
present those tweets as slides on a simple web page (use firefox + fullscreen) while sending status updates to Twitter in the background.
Links to images, even if you use a URL shortner on them, will appear inline in your slides
So if you want a picture in your slides, just through it up on the web somewhere and put the link in your slide
You run the slideshow using a seperate web browser (like the one on your smartphone) to run the 'clicker'
This site looks simple, so that you can use it with just a phone-based browser

Then you can use the Q/A function to moderate questions from Twitter stream. So that you can fully embrace the backchannel
